Email & cloud security

Protect the inbox where most attacks begin.

Arden 360 secures business email with layered phishing protection, identity controls, authentication, backup, and practical employee training—managed as one connected defense.

Email security monitoring and threat protection

Layered by design

Mail filtering, identity, authentication, backup, training, and response working together.

01 — Protection

Security beyond the spam filter.

  • 01

    Phishing and impersonation defense

Behavioral analysis, reputation filtering, and identity signals help identify malicious messages and account-takeover attempts.

  • 02

    Safer links and attachments

Suspicious links are inspected and attachments are detonated in a sandbox before they can reach a user or execute a payload.

  • 03

    Domain authentication

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured and monitored to reduce spoofing and protect the reputation of your domains.

  • 04

    Security-aware employees

Recurring training and phishing simulations help users recognize threats and give leaders measurable areas for follow-up.

  • Senior-engineer-led discovery
  • Managed IT, voice, security, cabling, AV, and access control under one team

02 — Coverage

What the service can include.

The right controls depend on your email platform, risk profile, compliance obligations, and existing tools. Arden 360 scopes the protection around the environment instead of forcing every organization into the same package.

03 — Approach

A practical four-layer rollout.

  1. 01

    Assess the environment

Review mail flow, domains, identities, existing policies, forwarding rules, privileged accounts, and compliance requirements.

  2. 02

    Harden identity and mail flow

Tune filtering, enforce MFA and conditional access where appropriate, and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

  3. 03

    Protect messages and data

Add link inspection, attachment sandboxing, behavioral detection, and independent cloud backup and archiving.

  4. 04

    Monitor, train, and improve

Review alerts, respond to incidents, run phishing simulations, and refine policies as threats and the organization change.

04 — Common questions

Email security, clearly answered.

Can Arden 360 secure Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Yes. Arden 360 supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and hybrid email environments, including mail flow, identity, authentication, filtering, backup, and tenant-wide security policies.

How does Arden 360 reduce spam and phishing?

Protection is layered across reputation filtering, link inspection and rewriting, attachment sandboxing, behavioral detection, identity controls, and employee training. Policies are tuned for the environment instead of left at vendor defaults.

Is Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email backed up by default?

Native retention is not a complete independent backup strategy. Arden 360 can add cloud-to-cloud backup and archiving so deleted, encrypted, or otherwise unavailable mailbox data can be recovered.
