06 — Common questions

If you’re evaluating, these come up first.

What makes Arden 360 different from other IT providers?
We staff senior engineers on every engagement instead of routing tickets through a tier-1 queue, publish our SLAs (and back them with performance data), and define what's in scope and what's carved out upfront so there's no ambiguity later. Most clients tell us the second one is the bigger differentiator.
Do you offer 24/7 monitoring and support?
Yes. Continuous RMM and EDR monitoring on every managed device, US-based engineers on-call for critical issues, and documented incident response runbooks that catch most problems before users notice.
Can you work with multi-location or hybrid environments?
Yes — multi-site is one of our specialties. SD-WAN for routing, centralized monitoring across all sites, structured cabling and AV for new locations, and consistent security policies regardless of where employees connect from.
How does onboarding work?
Discovery and documentation pass, security and risk assessment, RMM and EDR rollout, controlled cutover. Most onboardings run 2–4 weeks. For urgent situations we've compressed it to a week — but rushed transitions cost more than the time they save.
